3:33⅓ - The Philadelphia Experiment

I’ve been slacking on posting these ones with the records on em. I have no idea if folks read them, which works out fine for me. I imagine in thirty years I’ll still be accidentally paying to host this website and I’ll be able to go through and look at the records I played. I talked to my Aunt Nancy yesterday on occasion of it being one day past her 80th birthday cause I forgot to call on the 80th proper. I told her I was really happy at Jazz88 cause I feel like I’m making a big impact on a station that I think really matters. I’m happy to try and keep on delivering the goods on Jazz88, playing cool records, supporting cool events. Ultimately, this town wins if we make our institutions better and keep on bringing great experiences to the city. I felt compelled to play some Christian McBride, it was his birthday yesterday and though I played some music, I forgot to play something from the one vinyl I have from his collection. So happy belated Christian McBride and Aunt Nancy, I spun it today on Jazz88.
